Assess and blueprint

A fixed-scope assessment, blueprint or workshop of one to four weeks produces the architecture, the platform list, sizing, waves, risks and a cost model.

Build and migrate

Landing zones, platform deployment and wave-based migration with validation gates, rollback paths and stakeholder sign-off.

Operate and improve
