One Data and AI Platform for Customer Analytics, Connected Products and Security, Risk and Compliance

Three families of use cases, one governed platform. XaasIO AI Lake unifies customer, product and security data in an open lakehouse with streaming, SQL, search, a vector database and a knowledge graph, so analysts, data scientists and AI agents work from the same governed facts. Each use case below names the data it needs, what the platform does with it and the XaasIO platforms involved.
Built on XaasIO AI Lake, SDS, Kubernetes and RDS, with AI Token Factory and AI Factory + HPC for models, MLT for telemetry sources, Visai for security context and the IAM Module for identity-aware context.
Why now

What Gets in the Way

Three copies of the truth

Customer, product and security data live in separate warehouses, SaaS tools and SIEMs, so every question needs a new integration.

AI without governed context

Assistants and agents built on copies of data cannot cite sources, respect entitlements or forget what they should.

Telemetry at a scale warehouses were not built for

Millions of devices and events per second need streaming, time-series layouts and cost per event that a cloud warehouse cannot sustain.

Customer analytics

Drive engagement, reduce attrition and personalize at scale

Customer, billing, web, app, support and campaign data unified into a governed customer view, with models and agents that act on it.

Customer analytics

Drive engagement, reduce attrition and personalize at scale

Customer, billing, web, app, support and campaign data unified into a governed customer view, with models and agents that act on it.

Customer 360

One identity-resolved view across CRM, billing, support, web and app events, with lineage and consent recorded.

Churn prediction and retention

Models on the lakehouse score risk; the Context Lake gives agents and advisors the cited reasons and the next action.

Personalization and next best action

Vector similarity over behavior and content, combined with the knowledge graph of products, offers and constraints.

Marketing measurement

Campaign, channel and attribution analytics with Trino and BI tools, on the same tables the models use.

Data in: CRM and billing CDC through Debezium · Web and app events through Kafka · Support transcripts through document ingestion · Consent and entitlement in the Context Lake

IoT and connected products

Turn device telemetry into reliability, service and product decisions

Telemetry from devices, vehicles, machines and plants ingested at scale, stored in open time-series layouts and joined to product and service data.

Telemetry ingestion at scale

Kafka and Flink take MQTT, OPC UA and gateway streams into Iceberg tables partitioned for time and device.

Predictive maintenance

Feature pipelines and models on the AI Factory, with the knowledge graph linking assets, components, suppliers and work orders.

Digital twins and product analytics

Per-asset state and history served through the Context API to engineering tools, dashboards and agents.

Fleet and field operations

Alerts, dispatch context and warranty analytics for fleets and service teams, with XaasIO MLT for platform telemetry.

Data in: Device and gateway streams through Kafka · Plant historians and OPC UA bridges · Asset registries and work orders · XaasIO MLT platform telemetry

Security, risk and compliance

Mitigate cyber, fraud, risk and compliance exposure with analytics on all the data

Security telemetry, transactions, identity and regulatory data on one platform for detection, investigation, modeling and reporting, with retention and access policies built in.

Security data lake

Long-retention logs and alerts in Iceberg beside operational data, searchable with OpenSearch and correlated by the knowledge graph; XaasIO Visai provides detection and governed response.

Fraud and financial crime

Streaming features and graph relationships across accounts, devices and merchants for real-time scoring and investigation.

Risk modeling and analysis

Credit, market, operational and climate risk models on governed data with lineage, versioning and reproducible pipelines.

Compliance and regulatory reporting

Classification, retention, legal hold, audit trails and reporting pipelines with evidence that regulators and auditors can trace.

Data in: Logs, alerts and identity events through XaasIO MLT and Visai · Transactions through CDC · Regulatory feeds and policies · Classification and retention in the catalog

Frequently asked questions

Why one platform for three families of use cases?
Because they share data, models and governance. Churn models need support and billing data; fraud models need customer and device data; product analytics need telemetry and service data. One lakehouse with one catalog, one access model and one retrieval layer removes the copies.
Can this replace our SIEM?
It extends it. The security data lake keeps years of logs and alerts beside operational data for investigation, modeling and reporting; XaasIO Visai provides detection and human-governed response. Existing SIEM tools can keep their role for real-time alerting and feed the lake.
How does telemetry get in?
Through Kafka and Flink from MQTT brokers, OPC UA bridges, gateways and historians into Iceberg tables partitioned for time and device, with retention and compaction policies per zone.
Where do the models run?
On XaasIO AI Factory + HPC for training and fine-tuning, served by the AI Token Factory as governed APIs; embeddings and re-rankers can run on CPU at moderate volumes.
How is personal data governed?
Classification, consent and entitlement are recorded in the catalog and the Context Lake, retrieval is filtered by identity and purpose, retention and deletion propagate from source data to every index and memory, and every access is audited.
Does it run in our data center?
Yes, in your data center, sovereign cloud, provider region or air-gapped site, on Ceph S3 and Kubernetes, with XaasIO operating it where you want
