XaasIO Solutions · Hybrid cloud

Enterprise Hybrid Cloud, Governed From One Control Plane

Run predictable workloads on a XaasIO private cloud and keep AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud for elasticity and managed services, without two operating models. XaasIO CMP gives every environment one catalog, one RBAC model, Ansible Day-2 automation, ITSM synchronization and FinOps on the open FOCUS standard, with a 360-degree view of every workload wherever it runs.
Built on XaasIO CMP, Compute, Virtualization, Kubernetes, SDS, RDS, BSS, FinOps, MLT, AI-SRE, DR and Replication, and Unified Automation, with the IAM, Directory, and Backup modules. Public clouds connect as managed targets.
Why now

What Gets in the Way

Two operating models

Private cloud and public cloud each have their own console, inventory, access model and way of getting things done, so every request is handled twice.

Cost without allocation

Public cloud bills arrive in proprietary formats, private infrastructure has no rate card, and nobody can say what a workload costs end to end.

Governance bypassed by speed

Teams go to the public cloud to avoid tickets, and the ITSM, CMDB and approvals that auditors expect stop reflecting reality.

What You Can Deliver

Workload placement and repatriation

Steady-state workloads on the private cloud, burst and managed services in public clouds, moved in either direction through the same catalog.

One catalog, approved in your ITSM

VMs, clusters, databases and cloud services ordered once, approved in BMC Helix, ServiceNow, GLPI or Zammad, provisioned on the right target.

Day-2 automation everywhere

Patching, hardening, agents, backup and replication policy, runbooks and compliance remediation with Ansible AWX on every environment.

FinOps across clouds

FOCUS-format billing exports from the public clouds and rated private usage in one model, with budgets, anomalies, forecasts and showback.

Resilience across sites and clouds

Replication and recovery plans that span the private cloud and a public region, tested with drills.

A 360-degree view of every workload

Platform, services, monitoring, logs, backup, replication, SIEM alerts, automation runs, tickets, and cost in one record.

How XaasIO delivers it

The private cloud side

Who it is for

Built for Organizations Like These

Enterprises with a private cloud and public cloud accounts

Organizations that want the private cloud to carry steady workloads and the public cloud to stay an option, not a second estate.

Regulated industries

Banks, insurers, healthcare and manufacturers that need provisioning, changes and costs to stay inside ITSM governance.

Groups with many platforms

Estates with OpenShift Virtualization, Hyper-V, VMware, public clouds and bare metal that need one inventory before they can rationalize.
How to start

From Assessment to Operations

01

1 to 2 weeks

Assess and plan

Target inventory, workflow review, catalog, RBAC and policy standards, automation shortlist, FinOps data sources, 30, 60, 90-day plan.

02

2 to 6 weeks

Foundations

Private cloud landing zone where needed, CMP connectors, ITSM connection, identity, observability baseline.

03

Weeks 3 to 6

Rollout

First catalog services and templates, 10 to 20 automation runbooks, two target environments, FinOps views.

04

Ongoing

Scale and operate

More targets, catalog items and automations; monthly cadence; your team or a XaasIO SRE Pod.

Durations are typical for a mid-sized estate and are confirmed in the assessment. Every phase ends with a written deliverable and a decision point.
Customer story · Financial services

A leading financial services major: unified hybrid cloud management, automated provisioning, Day-2 automation and FinOps

Workloads across Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS and bare metal, each with its own tools and processes, became one estate: catalog-driven provisioning approved in BMC Helix ITSM, unified inventory, Ansible Day-2 automation orchestrated from XaasIO CMP, a 360-degree view of every workload and FinOps budgets with anomaly detection.
  • Self-service application and OS catalog with approval in BMC Helix ITSM
  • Unified inventory across six platforms from one control plane
  • Standardized Day-2 operations with Ansible orchestrated from XaasIO CMP
  • FinOps-driven cost governance with budgets, anomaly detection and tagging policies
Why XaasIO

One Vendor for the Whole Stack, One Lifecycle for All of It

Validated as One Architecture

The platforms in this solution are tested together, not assembled on site, so the integration burden stays with XaasIO.

Controlled Lifecycle

Every platform and module follows XaasIO Software Lifecycle Management:a release identity, documented patching and upgrade paths, compatibility and rollback procedures.

Software Supply Chain Assurance

Upstream and XaasIO release SBOMs, signed artifacts, license and vulnerability review and SPDX or CycloneDX outputs for audit evidence.

Flexible Operating Model

Customer-operated with XaasIO support, co-managed, fully managed or a dedicated XaasIO SRE Pod, with 16×5 or 24×7 coverage.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a private cloud or a management layer?
Both, in the proportion you need. XaasIO Compute, Virtualization, Kubernetes, SDS and RDS supply the private side; XaasIO CMP is the control plane over them and over the public clouds, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes and bare metal you already run.
Which public clouds and environments connect?
AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud and IBM Cloud; VMware vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix and Proxmox; any Kubernetes distribution; bare metal with Redfish; and network and storage managers through their APIs and Ansible collections.
Does XaasIO CMP replace our ITSM?
No. Catalog requests are approved in your ITSM, incidents and changes follow your processes, and CMDB records stay in sync. BMC Helix, ServiceNow, GLPI and Zammad are supported; others connect through the API.
How is cost handled across clouds?
Public clouds publish billing exports in the FOCUS format; private usage is rated with your cost model in the same schema. Departments, projects and workloads see one number, with budgets, anomaly detection, forecasts and showback. Invoicing for sold services runs through XaasIO BSS and FinOps.
Can we try the control plane first?
Yes. A 30-day evaluation copy of XaasIO CMP connects to your own environments.
Who operates the hybrid estate?
Your platform team after knowledge transfer, or a XaasIO SRE Pod with 16×5 or 24×7 coverage for the XaasIO platforms and the CMP stack.
